1. Data controller
The controller is AUTO SERVIS KLIMAN d.o.o., Valtura 162, 52100 Valtura, Croatia, Croatian tax ID 49611970601. Privacy questions may be sent to klimanemil@gmail.com or klimanfranciska@gmail.com.
2. Data we process
Through the contact form we process your name, email address, telephone number if provided, subject, message, technical data necessary for secure delivery and a record of consent. The form is for inquiries only and does not book an appointment.
3. Purposes and legal bases
We use data to answer your inquiry and take steps at your request before a possible service agreement, to communicate and provide requested information, and where necessary to comply with legal obligations or protect legitimate interests. Optional cookies are used only with consent.
4. Recipients and processors
Data may be accessed by authorised workshop staff and, only as necessary, hosting, maintenance and email-delivery providers. Form messages are delivered to klimanfranciska@gmail.com. We do not sell data or disclose it for third parties’ independent marketing.
5. Retention
Inquiries and related communication are normally kept for up to 12 months after communication ends, unless longer retention is needed for a contract, legal obligation or possible legal claim. Written complaint records are retained for at least one year from receipt and cookie choices for up to 12 months.
6. Your rights
Subject to legal conditions, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability and object to processing. Consent may be withdrawn at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing. Send requests to either published email address.
7. Transfers and automated decisions
Some technical providers may process data outside the EEA with safeguards such as an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses. We do not use automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects.
8. Supervisory authority
If you believe processing breaches data-protection rules, you may complain to the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP), Selska cesta 136, 10000 Zagreb, azop@azop.hr, while retaining the option to contact us first.
