1. Purpose
The site provides general information about the workshop and its services. Information about symptoms, diagnostics and maintenance does not replace inspection of a specific vehicle.
2. Appointments and form
Appointments are arranged exclusively by calling the published workshop number. The contact form is for inquiries; submitting it is neither a booking nor confirmation of an appointment.
3. Scope and price
A service description is not a binding offer. Final scope, price, timing and parts are agreed after discussion and, where needed, inspection or diagnostics.
4. Accuracy and availability
We aim to keep information accurate, but services and content may change. Uninterrupted access is not guaranteed during maintenance, security incidents or events beyond reasonable control.
5. Intellectual property and links
Text, design, logo and photographs are protected and may not be commercially used without permission. External links lead to third-party services whose providers are responsible for their content and availability.
6. Written complaints
Send a written complaint by post to Valtura 162, 52100 Valtura or by email to klimanemil@gmail.com or klimanfranciska@gmail.com. We will acknowledge receipt and answer in writing within 15 days. Records are kept for at least one year.
7. Governing law
Croatian law applies to use of the site and the relationship with the workshop. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
